Nergal of Behemoth has Leukemia and is waiting for a crucial bone marrow transfer. According to Metal Underground Nergal's disease can not be treated by chemotherapy and so the only way to treat it is to undertake a bone marrow transfer. This is a long and difficult process and it is uncertain how long it will be before Nergal will find a bone marrow match.
